AN UN-OFFICIAL DIET TIP

There is a growing amount of research on the health benefits of drinking tea.

In Scotland, I put some of their tasty thick milk into my morning sip of black tea. It filled me up and eliminated those late morning hunger pangs. I have been trying it now that I am back in the States and yes it is still blocking my food cravings, especially those afternoon grab-a-cookie- types. I have lost over 4 pounds in a very short time. Give it a try and let me know. By the by skip the sugar in the tea.
