CAFFEINE in TEA

CAFFEINE in TEA

That mild stimulant caffeine is why we love our morning and afternoon sips.  In a 6 ounce mug of tea there are about 50 milligrams of caffeine.  This is less than half of what a cup of coffee yields.

Caffeine is stronger with the leaf size. The smaller the leaf, the stronger the kick. A full leaf tea will provide less caffeine.
