1. How should I store my tea powder?

Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong aromas. Once opened, reseal promptly to preserve its aroma and character.

2. Can I enjoy it both hot and cold?

Yes. Our tea dissolves in water of any temperature, offering the same clarity of flavor whether in a warming mug or over ice.

3. Does your tea contain additives or sweeteners?

No. Each blend is composed solely of tea leaves and natural botanicals. Nothing more, nothing less.

4. How long does it last after opening?

Once opened, we recommend pouring and enjoying it immediately for the most vivid taste. While it remains safe if sealed again, its aroma and flavor are at their peak right after opening.

5. Is the packaging recyclable?

Most of our packaging is recyclable. Please refer to your local guidelines for proper disposal.

6. Can I travel with it?

Yes. The lightweight, sealed pouches and sticks are designed to slip easily into a bag, ready for brewing wherever you pause.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are exploring ways to share our tea more widely in the future.
