Fulfilment

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing may take longer.


Delivery

Standard domestic delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

Shipping Methods and Rate

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent by email once the order has shipped. Tapestry Tea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivered.

Shipping Limitations

At present, we ship only within the United States. We reserve the right to refuse orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, freight forwarders, or addresses flagged as high-risk.

Returns

30 Days to Return

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange by contacting us at returns@tapestrytea.com with your order number. Our team will provide return authorization and instructions to ensure a smooth experience. Please note that unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Condition of Items

Products should be returned in their original packaging wherever possible. We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue partial refunds if items are missing, damaged due to customer misuse, or not returned in reasonable condition.

Returns & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once a return is received and inspected; please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your financial institution. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost—please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, promotional items, and limited-edition collaborations may be final sale and not eligible for return.
